Wage Scale. The wage scale for the term of this Agreement is attached as Exhibit "A" and forms part of this Collective Agreement. Any new job rate will become part of Exhibit “A”.
Wage Scale. In accordance with The Texas Government Code, Title 10, Chapter 2258, Prevailing Wage Rates, the general prevailing wage rate has been determined for this locality for the craft or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute work of a similar character of the project listed herein. The Contractor shall pay the prevailing wage rate in this locality to all his/her employees and subcontractors performing work on this project, and in no event shall the Contractor pay less than the rate shown in the following schedule. Note: Under Executive Order (EO) 13658, an hourly minimum wage of $10.80 for calendar year 2020 applies to all contracts subject to the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act for which the contract is awarded (and any solicitation was issued) on or after January 1, 2015. If this contract is covered by the EO, the contractor must pay all workers in any classification listed on this wage determination at least $10.80 per hour (or the applicable wage rate listed on this wage determination, if it is higher) for all hours spent performing on the contract in calendar year 2020. If this contract is covered by the EO and a classification considered necessary for performance of work on the contract does not appear on this wage determination, the contractor must pay workers in that classification at least the wage rate determined through the conformance process set forth in 29 CFR 5.5(a)(1)(ii) (or the EO minimum wage rate, if it is higher than the conformed wage rate). The EO minimum wage rate will be adjusted annually. Please note that this EO applies to the above-mentioned types of contracts entered into by the federal government that are subject to the Xxxxx- Xxxxx Act itself, but it does not apply to contracts subject only to the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Related Acts, including those set forth at 29 CFR 5.1(a)(2)-(60). Wage Scale a. Under no condition is an employee allowed to be paid outside the parameters of the scale. b. In 2018, all employees shall receive a 1% scale change increase and the applicable step increase on July 1, 2018. In 2019, all employees shall receive a 1% scale change increase and the applicable step increase on July 1, 2019. In 2020, all employees shall receive a 1 % scale change increase and the applicable step increase on July 1, 2020. c. In addition to their regular hourly rate, each employee of this unit who passes a competency test demonstrating written and spoken English / Spanish bilingual proficiency shall receive a fifty cents ($.50) per hour up to a maximum of forty ($40) dollars pay differential per pay period for all hours actually worked. d. Credit for previous years of experience in Job Code 19150. Newly hired employees in job code 19150 may be given credit for previous years of experience. The years of experience shall be verified by the Director of Human Resources. Only previous work experience as a Registered Nurse shall be counted. Only whole months shall be used to calculate previous years of experience. Previous years of experience shall be rounded to the nearest whole number. The Director of Human Resources shall use the following formula to calculate credit years (CY) [rounded to one decimal place] years of verified experience divided by two (2) equals credit years: (Years of Verified Experience)/2=CY CY shall be translated into pay in the following manner: 1. Wage Scale. A Wage increase of 2 % will be applied in the first year of the term of the Labour Agreement effective the beginning of the 2019 Taxation year on December 16, 2018. A Wage increase of 2% will be applied in the second year of the term of the Labour Agreement effective the beginning of the 2020 Taxation year on December 15, 2019. A Trades adjustment of $0.50/hr will apply in the second year of the term of the Labour Agreement effective the beginning of the 2020 Taxation year on December 15, 2019. Wage increases in each successive year of the term of the Labour Agreement will be in accordance with the same percentage wage increase agreed to in the Joint Labour Agreement. Trades rate adjustments will be applied in the same manner. Steam Ticket Bonus will be benchmarked to the Joint Labour Agreement and will be applied at the date of an adjustment to the Bonus during the term of the Labour Agreement.
Wage Scale. Reference is hereby made to the rate of prevailing wage scale established by the Department of Industrial Relations, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Director of Public Works, the provisions of which are hereby specified as the rate of prevailing wage to be paid to workmen on this project, and the provisions of Article 2, Chapter 1, Part 7, Division 2 (commencing with Section 1770) of the Labor Code and particularly Section 1775 thereof, shall be complied with.
