Regulatory Approvals All Requisite Regulatory Approvals shall have been obtained and shall remain in full force and effect and all statutory waiting periods in respect thereof shall have expired, and no such Requisite Regulatory Approval shall have resulted in the imposition of any Materially Burdensome Regulatory Condition.
Prior Approvals This Contract shall not be binding unless and until all requisite prior approvals have been obtained in accordance with current State law, bulletins, and interpretations.
Prior Approval The Engineer shall not assign, subcontract or transfer any portion of professional services related to the work under this contract without prior written approval from the State.
FAA APPROVAL This Agreement may be subject to approval of the FAA. If the FAA disapproves this Agreement, it will become null and void, and both Parties will bear their own expenses relative to this Agreement, up to the date of disapproval.
Effect of non-approval of proposals (6) Notwithstanding that under subclause (1) any proposals of the Company are approved by the Minister or determined by arbitration award, unless each and every such proposal and matter is so approved or determined by 31 October 1992 or by such extended date or period if any as the Company shall be granted pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement then the Minister may give to the Company 12 months notice of intention to determine this Agreement and unless before the expiration of the said 12 months period all the detailed proposals and matters are so approved or determined this Agreement shall cease and determine subject however to the provisions of Clause 35. Department Approval All Marketing Materials must be reviewed and have the approval of the Department prior to distribution. The Contractor understands and agrees that when submitting any Marketing Materials to the Department for review, the Department is required to consult with the Medical Care Advisory Committee established under 42 CFR 431.12 or an advisory committee with similar membership.
Approval of Agreement The Board of Directors of the Company has authorized the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the Company and has approved this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.
Application Approval Our representative will notify you (or one of you, if there are co-applicants) of the Application approval, execute the Lease agreements for signature prior to occupancy, and, once complete, credit the application deposit of all applicants toward the required security deposit.
Regulatory Approval 25.1 The Parties understand and agree that this Agreement and any amendment or modification hereto will be filed with the Commission for approval in accordance with Section 252 of the Act and may thereafter be filed with the FCC. The Parties believe in good faith and agree that the services to be provided under this Agreement are in the public interest. Each Party covenants and agrees to fully support approval of this Agreement by the Commission or the FCC under Section 252 of the Act without modification.
Approval of Plans Landlord will not check Tenant drawings for building code compliance. Approval of the Final Plans by Landlord is not a representation that the drawings are in compliance with the requirements of governing authorities, and it shall be Tenant’s responsibility to meet and comply with all federal, state, and local code requirements. Approval of the Final Plans does not constitute assumption of responsibility by Landlord or its architect for their accuracy, sufficiency or efficiency, and Tenant shall be solely responsible for such matters.
