After serving in Sample Clauses

After serving in a position for a minimum of 24 months, an Officer who is demoted either voluntarily or involuntarily, from service from a higher pay line to a lower pay line, shall remain at their then current hourly rate of pay prior to the demotion until the pay line of the new classification has caught up to their hourly rate of pay.
