Common use of After the End Date and subject to all Overage due to the Landlord having been paid Clause in Contracts

After the End Date and subject to all Overage due to the Landlord having been paid. the Landlord shall within 20 Working Days of the written request, provide to the Tenant the necessary release documentation for the withdrawal of the restriction entered against the title to the Land provided that the Tenant shall be responsible for paying the Landlord's costs in so doing.
