After the Initial Period. long term placement Subject to clause 5.5 and after the Initial Period has lapsed, any Party may end the Placement by giving twenty-eight [28] calendar days’ notice or on such date as agreed by all of the Parties. During the notice period the Commissioner [or CFT] and if relevant the Person and Third Party will continue to be liable for their financial contribution.
