AFTERMARKET COMPONENTS Clause Samples

The "Aftermarket Components" clause defines the rules and limitations regarding the use of non-original or third-party parts in relation to the subject of the contract, such as equipment or vehicles. Typically, this clause specifies whether aftermarket parts can be used for repairs, maintenance, or replacements, and may set standards for quality or compatibility to ensure safety and performance. Its core function is to clarify expectations and responsibilities around component sourcing, thereby reducing disputes over warranty coverage, liability, or product integrity.
