Age and Account Set-Up. You represent that the Service will be installed and used solely in your residence and not in any commercial, retail or other business location (other than a home office in your residence), unless specifically agreed to in writing by Viasat, or unless you are purchasing a CAF-II service plan. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You agree that you are responsible for obtaining the initial installation services for the Equipment from a Viasat-authorized installer and for verifying and maintaining the account, options, settings and other parameters under which the Service is used, including (without limitation) all related passwords and user identification information.
