Seasonal Suspend Plan. If you have an Exede Internet Plan and you have received and paid for the Internet Service for at least 30 days, you may convert your Exede Internet Plan to the ”Seasonal Plan.” You must receive the Seasonal Plan for a minimum of 30 days. The monthly Internet Service fee for the Suspend Plan is $15 + the $5.95 service lease fee. Your monthly Internet Service fee for the billing periods in which you switch into and out of the Seasonal Plan will be not be pro-rated when switched to the season plan, but will be pro-rated when you switch out of it. The months in which you receive the Seasonal Plan will not count towards your Minimum Service Term. If you are paying a monthly Equipment Lease Fee (defined in the Lease Addendum to this Agreement) or a fee for anti- virus software, you will continue to incur these charges while on the Seasonal Plan. Internet service, Buy More, the Late Night Free Zone, and the Early Bird Free Zone will not be available to you while you are on the Seasonal Plan. All promotional discounts will cease upon conversion of your account to the Seasonal Plan and will not be reactivated . Service calls are not available while you are on the Seasonal Plan.

  • Salary Progression 1. For the purposes of determining annual progression from one step to the next, each teacher’s performance will be assessed annually against the appropriate professional standards.

  • Debarment and Suspension A. The Contractor certifies by entering into this Contract that neither it nor its principals nor any of its subcontractors are presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible or voluntarily excluded from entering into this Contract by any federal agency or by any department, agency or political subdivision of the State of Indiana. The term “principal” for purposes of this Contract means an officer, director, owner, partner, key employee or other person with primary management or supervisory responsibilities, or a person who has a critical influence on or substantive control over the operations of the Contractor.

  • Salary Schedule Progression Employees shall progress from step to step in salary grade on the basis of satisfactory job performance based upon established standards of performance. Seasonal employee's initial anniversary date shall be established after being in pay status for two thousand eighty (2,080) hours. Such date shall then be used for annual performance evaluation and step progression consideration. When an employee's anniversary date falls on any day from the first day of a pay week through Wednesday of the pay week, the employee's merit increase shall be effective as of the first day of the pay week within which the anniversary date falls. Otherwise, the merit increase shall be effective on the first day of the next pay week. Grievances arising from the denial of merit increases shall not be arbitrable under this Agreement but shall be processed as follows:

  • Seasonal Employees Seasonal employees still on trial service should refer to Article 71, Sections 2 and 3 regarding salary increases.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • Pension Contributions While on Short Term Disability Contributions for OMERS Plan Members When an employee/plan member is on short-term sick leave and receiving less than 100% of regular salary, the Board will continue to deduct and remit OMERS contributions based on 100% of the employee/plan member’s regular pay.

  • Promotional Probationary Period An employee who has previously completed the requisite probationary period and who is rejected during a subsequent probationary period for a promotional appointment shall be reinstated to the former position from which the employee was appointed. If the employee was dismissed from employment during the promotional probationary period, the employee shall not be entitled to such reinstatement rights.

  • Uncontrollable Forces Tariff Provisions Section 14.1 of the CAISO Tariff shall be incorporated by reference into this Agreement except that all references in Section 14.1 of the CAISO Tariff to Market Participants shall be read as a reference to the Participating Generator and references to the CAISO Tariff shall be read as references to this Agreement.

  • CORRECTIVE MEASURE The contractor shall repair any deficiencies in excess of the performance guideline.

  • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.
