Age Discrimination in Employment Act Waiver. In addition to the release set forth at Paragraph 15 hereof, Xxxxxxx hereby voluntarily and knowingly waives all rights or claims arising under the Federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act.

In addition If Xxxxxx does revoke his waiver of his ADEA Claims, the amounts to the release set forth at Paragraph 15 hereof, Xxxxxxx hereby voluntarily and knowingly waives all rights or claims arising be paid to Xxxxxx under the Federal Age Discrimination in Employment ActSection 4(a) shall be reduced by ten-percent.

In order to revoke this Agreementparagraph, Xxxxxxx Executive shall deliver to the Company's counsel, prior to the expiration of said 7seven-day period, a written notice of cancellation. In addition to the release set forth at Paragraph 15 in paragraph 6 hereof, Xxxxxxx Executive hereby voluntarily and knowingly waives all rights or claims arising under the Federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act. The consideration for this release of any federal age claims Executive may have shall be the continued vesting of certain of Executive's shares as provided in paragraph 4.
