Age Discrimination Release Notification. This Agreement includes a release of all claims under the ADEA and, therefore, pursuant to the requirements of 29 U.S.C. §626(f), Employee acknowledges that s/he has been advised: (a) that this release includes all claims under the ADEA arising up to and including the date of execution of this Agreement but does not include claims that have not yet occurred; (b) to consult with an attorney and/or other advisor of his/her choosing concerning his/her rights and obligations under this Agreement; (c) to fully consider this Agreement before executing it; and (d) that this Agreement shall become effective and enforceable seven (7) days following execution of this Agreement by Employee, unless Employee revokes his/her acceptance within the seven (7) day period by delivering written notice to Ho Shin, General Counsel.
