AGE OF VEHICLE. The Vehicle shall be in excellent working conditions and under no circumstances shall be more than 3 (three) years old. The Hiring Agency shall be responsible to ensure that the Vehicle has sufficient fuel, its lubricants, air and water and internally and externally, is always maintained in a sterling condition by the Hiring Agency.
