Agency-Arranged Travel Contract. (1) H.I.S. Co., Ltd. (home office: 0-0, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx 0, Xxxxxxxx-xx, Xxxxx [Travel agency No.724 registered by Commissioner of Japan Tourism Agency], hereinafter referred to as “H.I.S.”), and the customer purchasing travel shall automatically conclude the agency-arranged travel contract (hereinafter referred to as “the Travel Contract”).
