Evidence Required Prior to execution of the Agreement, the Consultant shall file with the City evidence of insurance from an insurer or insurers certifying to the coverage of all insurance required herein. Such evidence shall include original copies of the ISO CG 00 01 (or insurer’s equivalent) signed by the insurer’s representative and Certificate of Insurance (Xxxxx Form 25-S or equivalent), together with required endorsements. All evidence of insurance shall be signed by a properly authorized officer, agent, or qualified representative of the insurer and shall certify the names of the insured, any additional insureds, where appropriate, the type and amount of the insurance, the location and operations to which the insurance applies, and the expiration date of such insurance.
Evidence of Title Evidence that title to a REO is held by the Trustee shall be submitted by the Servicer to the Master Servicer and, if applicable, to the Primary Mortgage Insurer and/or the Pool Insurer, within ten Business Days after marketable title to such REO has been acquired.
INSURING AGREEMENT In return for receiving Your payment of premium when due, We will provide insurance for Your Pet(s) as detailed in the Policy terms and conditions. This agreement also includes the Declarations Page and any endorsements.
No Endorsement Nothing in this Public License constitutes or may be construed as permission to assert or imply that You are, or that Your use of the Licensed Material is, connected with, or sponsored, endorsed, or granted official status by, the Licensor or others designated to receive attribution as provided in Section 3(a)(1)(A)(i).
INSURING AGREEMENTS In consideration of the premium stated herein, the Underwriter does hereby agree with the Assured:
Evidence of Compliance Each Restricted Person will furnish to each Lender at such Restricted Person’s or Borrower’s expense all evidence which Administrative Agent from time to time reasonably requests in writing as to the accuracy and validity of or compliance with all representations, warranties and covenants made by any Restricted Person in the Loan Documents, the satisfaction of all conditions contained therein, and all other matters pertaining thereto.
Independence of the Parties This Agreement shall not constitute the designation of any Party as the representative or agent of the other, nor shall any Party by this Agreement have the right or authority to make any promise, guarantee, warranty, or representation, or to assume, create, or incur any liability or other obligation of any kind, express or implied, against or in the name of, or on behalf of, the other, except as expressly provided herein.

Evidence of Insurance Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.
Evidence of Coverage The Contractor shall, upon request by DSHS, submit a copy of the Certificate of Insurance, policy, and additional insured endorsement for each coverage required of the Contractor under this Contract. The Certificate of Insurance shall identify the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services as the Certificate Holder. A duly authorized representative of each insurer, showing compliance with the insurance requirements specified in this Contract, shall execute each Certificate of Insurance. The Contractor shall maintain copies of Certificates of Insurance, policies, and additional insured endorsements for each subcontractor as evidence that each subcontractor maintains insurance as required by the Contract.
