Common use of Agency Fees Clause in Contracts

Agency Fees. Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent an agency fee in such amounts and at such times as set forth in a separate letter agreement between Borrower and Administrative Agent. The agency fee is for the services to be performed by Administrative Agent in acting as Administrative Agent and is fully earned on the date paid. The agency fee paid to Administrative Agent is solely for its own account and is nonrefundable.
