Common use of Agency Fees Clause in Contracts

Agency Fees. The Borrower shall pay fees to the Administrative Agent ----------- for the Administrative Agent's own account, as required by the letter agreement ("Fee Letter") between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent dated March ---------- 28, 2001 and as the Borrower and the Administrative Agent may agree from time to time; provided that a portion of the letter of credit fee equal to 0.125% per annum otherwise payable to each Participating Bank shall be payable to the Fronting Bank with respect to Letters of Credit for which a fee is not paid to the Fronting Bank pursuant to Section 2.14(c)(ii).

Agency Fees.
