Common use of Agency Funding and Contributions Clause in Contracts

Agency Funding and Contributions. For the purpose of funding the expenses and ongoing operations of the Agency, the Board of Directors shall maintain a funding account in connection with the annual budget process. The Board of Directors may fund the Agency and the GSP for the Basin as provided in Chapter 8 of SGMA (commencing with section 10730 of the Water Code), and through voluntary contributions from Members, with the intent that the Agency will reimburse each Member at a later date.

Such Member contributions shall be paid by each Member to the Agency will reimburse each Member at a later datewithin 30 days of assessment by the Board.
