Appointment of Treasurer and Auditor; Duties. The Treasurer and Auditor shall be appointed in the manner, and shall perform such duties and responsibilities, specified in Sections 6505.5 and 6505.6 of the Act.

Appointment of Treasurer and Auditor; Duties. The treasurer and Auditor shall be appointed and/or retained in the manner, and shall perform such duties and responsibilities, specified in sections 6505, 6505.5 and 6505.6 of the Act. The treasurer shall be bonded in accordance with the provisions of Government Code section 6505. 1. Until such appointment of treasurer/Auditor, the duties of the office shall be carried out by the treasurer/auditor of the Carpinteria Valley Water District.
