Agency Proceedings and Investigations. Grantee shall require all employees, interns, volunteers, subcontractors, and private vendors to cooperate with and to testify in any administrative or judicial proceeding or hearing regarding any matter TJJD considers necessary for the investigation of abuse, neglect, or exploitation allegations; complaints; financial and programmatic audits; or any other matter under XXXX’s authority. Compliance with this provision does not constitute a contractual waiver of the privilege against self-incrimination or any other right or privilege guaranteed under law.
