Agency Reports. Copies or access to all material reports or filings and a list of the categories of reports or filings made on a regular basis, made by the Buyer under the Exchange Act, ERISA, EEOC, and all other governmental agencies (federal, state or local) during the period ended December 31, 2020, and the fiscal years ended December 31, 2019, and 2018.

Agency Reports. Copies or access to all material reports or filings and a list of the categories of reports or filings made on a regular basis, made by the Buyer Company under the Exchange Act, ERISA, EEOC, FDA and all other governmental agencies (federal, state or local) during the nine-month period ended December 31September 30, 20202018, and the fiscal years ended December 31, 20192017, and 20182016 (Annex M).
