Agency Contract Management. The Agency’s Division of Medicaid (Division) shall be responsible for management of the Contract. The Division shall make all statewide policy decisions or Contract interpretation. In addition, the Division shall be responsible for the interpretation of all federal and state laws, rules and regulations governing, or in any way affecting, this Contract. Contract management shall be conducted in good faith, with the best interest of the state and the Medicaid recipients it serves being the prime consideration. The Agency shall provide final interpretation of general Medicaid policy. When interpretations are required, the Health Plan shall submit written requests to the Deputy Secretary for Medicaid or his/her delegate.

Agency Contract Management. 1. The Agency’s Division of Medicaid (Division) shall be responsible for management of the Contract. The Division shall make all statewide policy decisions or Contract interpretation. The terms of this Contract do not limit or waive the ability, authority or obligation of the Office of Inspector General, MPI, its contractors, or other duly constituted government units (state or federal) to audit or investigate matters related to, or arising out of this Contract. 3. The Contract shall be amended only as follows: a. The parties cannot amend or alter the terms of this Contract without a written amendment and/or change order to the Contract. b. The Agency and the Health Plan understand that any such written amendment to amend or alter the terms of this Contract shall be executed by an officer of each party, who is duly authorized to bind the Agency and the Health Plan.
Agency Contract Management. The Bureau of Health Systems Development, Division of Medicaid, shall make all statewide policy decisions, regulatory decisions, and contract interpretations. The Bureau of Managed Health Care within the Agency shall be responsible for monitoring the contract. Contract management of the PDHP shall be conducted in good faith with the best interest of the state and the beneficiaries it serves being the prime consideration. The Agency shall provide final interpretation of general Medicaid policy. When interpretations are required, the PDHP shall submit written requests to the Agency.
Agency Contract Management. A. The Agency shall be responsible for management of this Contract. Contract management shall be conducted in good faith, with the best interest of the State and the residents it serves being the prime consideration. The Agency shall make all statewide policy decisions via issuance of a Policy Transmittal or Contract Interpretation, which shall be included in the next amendment. B. The Vendor shall submit all procedures to the Agency as required by this Contract. Unless specified elsewhere in this Contract, procedures required by this Contract shall be submitted to the Agency at least seventy-five (75) days before the proposed effective date of the policy and procedure or change. Other procedures related to this Contract shall be submitted to the Agency upon request. If the Agency has requested procedures, the Vendor shall notify the Agency of any subsequent changes in such materials. C. The Vendor may seek an interpretation from the Agency of any Contract requirement. When an interpretation of this Contract is sought, the Vendor shall submit a written request to the Agency’s Deputy Secretary for Medicaid in a format prescribed by the Agency. D. The terms of this Contract do not limit or waive the ability, authority or obligation of the OIG, its contractors, or other duly constituted government units (State or federal) to audit or investigate matters related to or arising out of this Contract. E. This Contract shall be amended only as follows (unless specified elsewhere in this Contract): 1. The parties cannot amend or alter the terms of this Contract without a written amendment and/or change order to this Contract. 2. The Agency and the Vendor understand that any such written amendment to amend or alter the terms of this Contract shall be executed by an officer of each party, who is duly authorized to bind the Agency and the Vendor. 3. The Agency reserves the right to amend this Contract within the scope set forth in the procurement (to include original Contract and all Attachments) in order to clarify requirements or if it is determined by the Agency that modifications are necessary to better serve or provide covered services to the eligible population.

  • Contract Management To ensure full performance of the Contract and compliance with applicable law, the System Agency may take actions including: a. Suspending all or part of the Contract; b. Requiring the Grantee to take specific corrective actions in order to remain in compliance with term of the Contract; c. Recouping payments made to the Grantee found to be in error; d. Suspending, limiting, or placing conditions on the continued performance of the Project; e. Imposing any other remedies authorized under this Contract; and f.   • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority. The Strategic Account Manager will:  Attend quarterly, or as otherwise agreed, review meetings with the Authority, in person at the Authority’s premises or other locations as determined by the Authority  Attend regular catch-up meetings with the Authority, in person or by telephone/videoconference  Resolve any on-going operational issues which have not been resolved by the Contractor or Account Manager(s) and therefore require escalation  Ensure that the costs involved in delivering the Framework are as low as possible, whilst always meeting the required standards of service and quality. 15.2 The Contractor is also required to provide a dedicated Account Manager for every Framework Public Body using the Framework, if required by the Framework Public Body. The service to be provided will be agreed with each Framework Public Body and may include:  regular review meetings, which may be in person at the Framework Public Bodies’ premises, by video-conference, webinar or telephone  Regular catch-up meetings/telephone calls to discuss current and on-going issues  Work with the Framework Public Bodies Contract Manager to resolve any on-going operational issues  Work with the Framework Public Body ’s Contract Manager to pro-actively introduce initiatives to:  Create efficiencies in processes  Improve the environmental performance of the contract. 15.3 It is expected that end users will contact the Contractor in the first instance to resolve any operational issues. The Account Manager will act as a point of escalation to be contacted either by end users or by the Framework Public Body’s Contract Manager should there be issues that the Contractor needs to resolve. 15.4 Further details of the roles and responsibilities of the Contractor, Authority and Framework Public Bodies are provided in Schedule 4 – Management Arrangements

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”).
