AGENCY REVIEW OF CITY PERMITS. No building permit, or any other City permit, including but not limited to any permits required by the Department of Public Works, shall be issued unless the Agency has first reviewed such building permit or other City permit for consistency with the Redevelopment Requirements and has signed the permit application. The Agency staff shall complete its review pursuant to this Section IX.B within thirty (30) days of receipt of such building permit or other City permit.
