  • The Agency staff may propose changes to the Complete Schematic Design Documents Application that do not conflict with the Redevelopment Requirements.

  • All Construction Documents Applications shall be Approved by the Agency Director if and to the extent the Construction Documents Application (i) conforms to and is consistent with the applicable Redevelopment Requirements and (ii) as to matters or details that are beyond the scope of the foregoing, is reasonably acceptable to the Agency Director.

  • Once the Agency determines that 30% Construction Documents are consistent and comply with the Approved Schematic Design, the Schematic Design conditions of approval, and Redevelopment Requirements, Agency staff shall promptly prepare a letter of consistency in advance of Developer submittal of Final Construction Documents to SFPW.


More Definitions of Redevelopment Requirements

Redevelopment Requirements means the DDA, the HPS Redevelopment Plan and Plan Documents (as defined therein), and the Redevelopment Area Declaration of Restrictions.
Redevelopment Requirements means those certain requirements for development of Phase 1 contained in: (i) the Redevelopment Documents; (ii) the Project Area Declaration of Restrictions; (iii) those elements of the Construction Documents for which approval is required (and has been obtained) pursuant to the Vertical Design Review and Document Approval Procedure; and (iv) this Agreement.

Related to Redevelopment Requirements

  • Project Requirements means the statement included in the Request for Proposal detailing the technical and other requirements of Canada which are to be met by the successful Bidder, and which are to be addressed in the Bid;

  • Pretreatment requirements means any substantive or procedural requirement related to pretreatment, other than a pretreatment standard, imposed on an industrial user.

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Redevelopment project means a specific construction project

  • Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 64-unit market rate residential apartment building and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Redevelopment Law means Article VIII, Section 12 of the Constitution of the State and Chapter 18, Article 21, Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, as amended.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.
