Agent for Compliance Purposes. In the event that FFB shall become subject to any duties under any applicable law or regulation solely because of its providing or having provided financing under the Bond, RUS shall serve as agent for FFB to the fullest extent permitted under that law or regulation in connection with satisfying the requirements of that law or regulation.
