Common use of Agent for Party B Clause in Contracts

Agent for Party B. Party A acknowledges that Party B has appointed the Cap Trustee as its agent under the Cap Administration Agreement to carry out certain functions on behalf of Party B, and that the Cap Trustee shall be entitled to give notices and to perform and satisfy the obligations of Party B hereunder on behalf of Party B.

Agent for Party B. Party A acknowledges that Party B the Depositor has appointed the Cap Trustee as its agent under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and the Cap Administration Agreement to carry out certain functions on behalf of Party B, and that the Cap Trustee shall be entitled to give notices and to perform and satisfy the obligations of Party B hereunder on behalf of Party B.

Agent for Party B. Party A acknowledges that Party B has appointed the Cap Trustee and the Trust Administrator as its agent agents under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and the Cap Administration Allocation Agreement to carry out certain functions on behalf of Party B, and that the Cap Trustee and the Trust Administrator shall be entitled to give notices and to perform and satisfy the obligations of Party B hereunder on behalf of Party B.

Agent for Party B. Party A acknowledges that Party B has appointed the Cap Trustee and the Trust Administrator as its agent agents under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and the Cap Administration Agreement to carry out certain functions on behalf of Party B, and that the Cap Trustee and the Trust Administrator shall be entitled to give notices and to perform and satisfy the obligations of Party B hereunder on behalf of Party B.

Agent for Party B. Party A acknowledges that Party B has appointed the Cap Trustee Trustee, may act as its Party B’s agent under pursuant to the Cap Administration Agreement to carry out certain functions on behalf of Party BB in respect of this Confirmation, and that the Cap Trustee shall be entitled to give notices and to perform and satisfy the obligations of Party B hereunder on behalf of Party B.

Party A acknowledges that Party B the Depositor has appointed the Cap Trustee as its agent under the Cap Administration Pooling and Servicing Agreement to carry out certain functions on behalf of Party B, and that the Cap Trustee shall be entitled to give notices and to perform and satisfy the obligations of Party B hereunder on behalf of Party B.

Party A acknowledges that Party B has appointed the Cap Trustee as its agent under the Cap Administration Pooling and Servicing Agreement to carry out certain functions on behalf of Party Bits obligations hereunder, and that the Cap Trustee shall be entitled to give notices and to perform and satisfy the obligations of Party B hereunder on behalf of Party B.
