Common use of Agent Performance Clause in Contracts

Agent Performance. If the Grantor fails to perform any covenant contained herein, the Agent may itself perform, or cause performance of, such covenant, and the Grantor shall pay for the expenses of the Agent incurred in connection therewith in accordance with Section 9.1.
