Agent Records. The Agent shall maintain accounts in which it will record (i) the amount of each Loan made hereunder, (ii) the amount of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder and (iii) the amount of any sum received by the Agent hereunder from the Borrower and each Lender’s share thereof.

Agent Records. Lender’s books and records of any and all of the Obligations, absent manifest error, shall be prima facie evidence against the Guarantor of the indebtedness owing or to become owing to Lender hereunder.
Agent Records. Agent shall keep correct accounts and records of all business transacted and monies collected, which shall be open at all times to inspection and an examination by GWIC’s authorized representatives. Agent shall make and transmit to GWIC such reports in writing, as may be required by GWIC.
