Agents and professional consultants. 10.2.1 The Supplier will also ensure that all agents and professional consultants involved in the supply of Services hold professional indemnity insurance to a minimum indemnity of £1,000,000 for each individual claim during the Call-Off Contract, and for 6 years after the termination or expiry date to this Call-Off Contract to which the insurance relates. 10.2.2 The Supplier will also ensure that all agents and professional consultants involved in the supply of Services hold employers liability insurance to a minimum indemnity of £5,000,000 for each individual claim during the Call-Off Contract, and for 6 years after the termination or expiry date to this Call-Off Contract to which the insurance relates.
