Agents and Sub-contractors. (a) Each Party agrees to work with the other Party directly to resolve any issues arising from any acts, omissions or performance of its agents and sub-contractors. (b) The Company shall take full responsibility for all the Work completed, whether by the Company or its employees, servants, agents, contractors or subcontractors. The Company shall comply with and ensure that all of its contractors and subcontractors comply with any written instructions issued by the Township.
