Common use of Agent's Fee Clause in Contracts

Agent's Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent, for its ----------- own account, the fees agreed to by the Borrower and the Agent pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated August 26, 1996, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

Agent's Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent, Agent for its ----------- own account, the all fees agreed (including any fees pursuant to by Section 2.2.8) pursuant to that certain fee letter agreement dated December 24, 1997, between the Borrower and the Agent pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated August 26Agent, 1996, or as otherwise agreed amended from time to timetime (the "Agent Fee Letter").
