Common use of Agent’s Fees Clause in Contracts

Agent’s Fees. Until the Indebtedness has been repaid and discharged in full and no commitment to extend any credit hereunder is outstanding, Borrower shall pay to the Agent, as applicable, any agency or other fee(s) set forth (or to be set forth from time to time) in the applicable Fee Letter on the terms set forth therein. The agency fees referred to in this Section 12.13 shall not be refundable under any circumstances.

Agent’s Fees. Until the Indebtedness has been repaid and discharged in full full, and no commitment to extend any credit hereunder is outstanding, Borrower the Company shall pay to the AgentAgent and discharge in full, as applicable, any agency or and other fee(s) fees set forth (or to be set forth from time to time) in the applicable Fee Letter Letter, such fees to be payable on the terms set forth therein.
