Common use of Agent's Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Agent's Reimbursement. Each of the Lenders severally agrees to reimburse the Agent, in the amount of such Lender's Percentage Interest, for any reasonable expenses not reimbursed by the Borrowers or the Guarantors (without limiting the obligation of the Borrowers or the Guarantors to make such reimbursement): (a) for which the Agent is entitled to reimbursement by the Borrowers or the Guarantors under this Agreement or any other Credit Document, and (b) after the occurrence of a Default, for any other reasonable expenses incurred by the Agent on the Lenders' behalf in connection with the enforcement of the Lenders' rights under this Agreement or any other Credit Document.
