Aggregate Size Limitation on Generating Facility. The purpose of this Agreement is to set the provisions by which customers may install renewable generating equipment to off-set all or a portion of their load at a given location. The Customer- Generator is limited by this Agreement to installing generating equipment not to exceed the expected annual peak demand of the load that the Generating Facility is off-setting or a total capacity of 5 KW for Residential Service or 30 KW for all other Service Classes, whichever is smaller.
