Agreed all Regulatory Authorities’ Position. All Regulatory Authorities cannot approve the Proposal for the reasons that are detailed below and request all TSOs to amend the Proposal and to incorporate the following All Regulatory Authorities’ assessment pursuant to Article 6(1) of the EBGL. The assessment contains a part with general remarks and a part going into detail, assessing every article of the Proposal individually.
