Common use of Agreed Deferral Clause in Contracts

Agreed Deferral. It is understood that Customer’s ability to make advance payments described in Article 4.2 of the Purchase Agreement may be impacted due to monetary issues, therefore Boeing agrees that all advance payments due on the effective date of the Purchase Agreement, as specified in Article 4.2, and those that shall become due during the time from the effective date and deferred due date, may be deferred without interest until ten business days after the effective date of the Purchase Agreement, by which time Customer will pay all advance payments specified in the Purchase Agreement as being due on or before that date.
