Common use of Agreed Maintenance Performers Clause in Contracts

Agreed Maintenance Performers. The Lessor may object to and may exclude any maintenance organization (other than Lessee) being included as an "Agreed Maintenance Performer" for a valid business reason. The Lessor shall furnish to Lessee in writing from time to time a list of all maintenance organizations excluded from the definition of "Agreed Maintenance Performer" pursuant to the preceding sentence, which list may be amended by Lessor from time to time. The Lessor and the Lessee shall consult in good faith regarding any organizations on such list from time to time at the request of either party.
