Common use of Agreed Structure Clause in Contracts

Agreed Structure. The Parties agree to the structure set out in the Transaction Legislation and the Trust Deed for establishing the Compensation Funds for the purpose of funding the payment of liabilities to Claimants in respect of Proven Claims, and for meeting reasonable Operating Expenses and Claims Legal Costs, and other Payable Liabilities, and for dealing with such Liable Entities.
