Agreement, Additional Terms and Exhibits. In the event of a conflict, ambiguity or inconsistency between the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and any Additional Terms or any Exhibit attached hereto, then unless the Additional Terms or Exhibit expressly sets forth the applicable Sections of this Agreement that are to be excluded or modified, the terms and conditions in this Agreement will control.
