AGREEMENT AMONGST AFFECTED PARTIES. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article, but subject to applicable law, Saskatchewan, the Band, Canada and the Rural Municipality, Urban Municipality or Northern Municipality in which a Provincial Road or Undeveloped Road Allowance is located may enter into any agreement concerning any particular Provincial Road or Undeveloped Road Allowance which meets the needs and objectives of all parties.
