Common use of Agreement and Amendments Clause in Contracts

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the Supplier and the Local Government with respect to the Services (and Goods), and supersedes all prior negotiations, communications and other agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
