Agreement and Parties. Timewax is prepared to provide to the Client the service as described in this SLA surrounding the Client's use of the Software of Timewax. This SLA forms an integral part of the agreement between the Client and Timewax. The SLA is valid for the duration of the agreement and will remain valid until it is replaced by a new copy.
