Common use of Agreement and Term Clause in Contracts

Agreement and Term. The Corporation hereby employs the Employee, and the Employee hereby accepts said employment and agrees to render such services to the Corporation, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The term of this Agreement shall commence on December 3, 2003, and shall continue from that date for two (2) years unless terminated prior thereto by either the Corporation or the Employee as provided herein, and thereafter shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless terminated prior thereto by either the Corporation or the Employee as provided herein.
