Agreement and Term. The Company hereby employs Executive as an employee of the Company, and Executive hereby accepts said employment and agrees to render such services to the Company, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The term of employment under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated pursuant to ARTICLE V.
