Agreement as a Loan Document. From and after the effective date of this Agreement, this Agreement and any other documents and instruments executed in connection herewith shall each constitute one of the “Loan Documents.”
Agreement as a Loan Document. Borrower and Agent hereby agree that this Agreement shall constitute a "Loan Document" for all purposes of the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and any references to the Loan Documents contained in any notice, request, certificate or other document executed concurrently with or after the execution and delivery of this Agreement shall be deemed to include this Agreement unless the context shall otherwise specify.
Agreement as a Loan Document. Each reference in the Credit Agreement or in any of the other Loan Documents to “Loan Documents” shall be deemed to include a reference to this Agreement and this Agreement shall be a Loan Document for all purposes under the Loan Documents and the obligations of the Borrower hereunder shall constitute Obligations.

Agreement as a Loan Document. From and after the Forbearance Effective Date, the term “Loan Documents” in the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall include, without limitation, this Agreement and any agreements, instruments and other documents executed and/or delivered in connection herewith.
