Agreement Background. In accordance with section 49 of the Act, the term of this Agreement is for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022. This Agreement will be executed in accordance with Part 5 of the Act. Through the execution of this Agreement, XXXX agrees to meet the service obligations and performance requirements detailed in this Agreement. They may enter into other formal or informal arrangements such as Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with each other, that provide guidance on how the services under this Agreement will be provided.
