Common use of Agreement Benefits to be Continuous Clause in Contracts

Agreement Benefits to be Continuous. (i) In the event of any change in ownership, licensee or management of any place of employment covered by this Agreement, all employee rights and benefits provided by this Agreement shall continue as if no such change in ownership, licensee or management had taken place.

Agreement Benefits to be Continuous. (i) 33.1 In the event of any change in ownership, ownership licensee or management of any place of employment hospital or institution covered by this Agreement, all employee rights and benefits provided by this Agreement shall continue as if no such change in ownership, licensee or management had taken place. Where such changes do occur, no employee shall be paid out for accrued annual leave, long service leave or any other benefit, but such benefits shall be continuous.
