AGREEMENT BINDING ON OTHER PARTIES. This Agreement shall be known as the "Agreement between The American Guild of Musical Artists and The Santa Fe Opera" and shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the signatories hereto and all parties who by reason of merger, consolidation, reorganization, sales assignments, transfer, or the like, shall succeed to, or be entitled to, a substantial part of the business of any signatory; and MANAGEMENT agrees that its signature to this Agreement shall likewise bind any and all subsidiary companies engaged in the production or management of Opera, Concerts, Concert Revues, Ballet, Recitals, Oratorios, or any other performances within AGMA's jurisdiction.
AGREEMENT BINDING ON OTHER PARTIES. This Agreement shall be known as the COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT Between AGMA and THE WASHINGTON OPERA and shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the signatories hereto and all parties who by reason of merger, consolidation, reorganization, sales, assignments, transfer, or the like, shall succeed to, or be entitled to, a substantial part of the business of any signatory; and MANAGEMENT agrees that its signature to this Agreement shall likewise bind any and all subsidiary companies engaged in the production or management of Opera, Concerts, Concert Revues, Dance, Recitals, Oratorios, or any other performances within AGMA's jurisdiction.
AGREEMENT BINDING ON OTHER PARTIES. This Basic Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the signatories hereto and all parties who, by reason of merger, consolidation, reorganization, sales, assignments, transfer, or the like, shall succeed to, or be entitled to, a substantial part of the business or any signatory; the EMPLOYER agrees that its signature to this Basic Agreement shall likewise bind any and all subsidiary companies engaged in the Production of Opera, Concerts; Concert Revenues, Ballet, Recitals, Oratories, or any other performances with AGMA's jurisdiction.
AGREEMENT BINDING ON OTHER PARTIES. This Agreement between AGMA and the Central City Opera House Association [EMPLOYER] shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the signatories hereto and all parties who by reason of merger, consolidation, reorganization, sales, assignments, transfer, or the like, shall succeed to, or be entitled to, a substantial part of the business of any signatory; and EMPLOYER agrees that its signature to this Agreement shall likewise bind any and all subsidiary companies engaged in the production of Opera, Concerts, Concert Revues, Ballet, Recitals, Oratorios, or any other performances within AGMA's jurisdiction.
AGREEMENT BINDING ON OTHER PARTIES. This Agreement shall be known as the BASIC AGREEMENT BETWEEN AGMA and the CHAUTAUQUA INSTITUTION and shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the signatories hereto and all parties who by reason of merger, consolidation, reorganization, sales, assignments, transfer, or the like, shall succeed to, or be entitled to, a substantial part of the business of any signatory; and EMPLOYER agrees that its signature to this Agreement shall likewise bind any and all subsidiary companies engaged in the production or EMPLOYER of Opera, Concerts, Concert Revues, Ballet, Recitals, Oratorios, or any other performances within AGMA's jurisdiction.
AGREEMENT BINDING ON OTHER PARTIES. This Agreement shall be known as the "Basic Agreement" and shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the signatories hereto and all parties who by reason of merger, consolidation, reorganization, sales, assignments, transfer, or the like, shall succeed to, or be entitled to, a substantial part of the business of any signatory.

This Agreement shall be known as the Agreement between AGMA and Los Angeles Opera and shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the signatories hereto and all parties who by reason of merger, consolidation, reorganization, sales, assignments, transfer, or the like, shall succeed to, or be entitled to, a substantial part of the business of any signatory; and Company agrees that its signature to this Agreement shall likewise bind any and all subsidiary companies engaged in the production or management of opera, concerts, concert revues, ballet, recitals, oratorios, or any other performances within AGMA's jurisdiction.
AGREEMENT BINDING ON OTHER PARTIES. This Agreement shall be known as the Basic Agreement between AGMA and CINCINNATI OPERA and shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the signatories hereto and all parties who by reason of merger, consolidation, reorganization, sales, assignments, transfer, or the like, shall succeed to, or be entitled to, a substantial part of the business of any signatory; and EMPLOYER agrees that its signature to this Agreement shall likewise bind any and all subsidiary companies engaged in the production or EMPLOYMENT of Opera, Concerns, Concert Revues, Ballet, Recitals, Oratorios, or any other performances within AGMA’s jurisdiction.
AGREEMENT BINDING ON OTHER PARTIES. This Agreement shall be known as the COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT between AGMA and FLORIDA GRAND OPERA and shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the signatories hereto and all parties who by reason of merger, consolidation, reorganization, sales, assignments, transfer, or the like, shall succeed to, or be entitled to, a substantial part of the business of any signatory; and MANAGEMENT agrees that its signature to this Agreement shall likewise bind any and all subsidiary companies engaged in the production or management of Opera, Concerts, Concert Revues, Dance, Recitals, Oratorios, or any other performances within AGMA's jurisdiction.
AGREEMENT BINDING ON OTHER PARTIES. This CBA shall be known as the "COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT between The American Guild of Musical Artists and The Santa Fe Opera" and shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the signatories hereto and all parties who by reason of merger, consolidation, reorganization, sales assignments, transfer, or the like, shall succeed to, or be entitled to, a substantial part of the business of any signatory; and MANAGEMENT agrees that its signature to this CBA shall likewise bind any and all subsidiary companies engaged in the production or management of Opera, Concerts, Concert Revues, Ballet, Recitals, Oratorios, or any other performances within AGMA's jurisdiction.
