Basic Agreement definition

Basic Agreement. Has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Trust Supplement.

Basic Agreement. Means this Pass Through Trust Agreement, as the same may from time to time be supplemented, amended or modified, but does not include any Trust Supplement.

Basic Agreement means that certain Pass Through Trust Agreement, dated as of September 16, 2014, between American and Wilmington Trust Company, as trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms, but does not include any Trust Supplement.

Except and so far as herein expressly provided, all of the provisions, terms and conditions of the Basic Agreement are in all respects ratified and confirmed; and the Basic Agreement and this Trust Supplement shall be taken, read and construed as one and the same instrument.
All replacements of provisions of, and other modifications of the Basic Agreement set forth in this Trust Supplement are solely with respect to the Applicable Trust.
