Common use of Agreement Conflict with Law Clause in Contracts

Agreement Conflict with Law. If any term or provision of this Agreement is at any time during the life of this Agreement in conflict with any law, such term or provision shall continue in effect only to the extent permitted by such law and such law shall prevail. If any term or provision of this Agreement is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect or impair any other term or provision of this Agreement.
