Labor and Management Committee. A Labor and Management Committee shall be established to meet quarterly to discuss issues from the contract and issues that will improve and better the industry.
Labor and Management Committee. Section 28.1 The Union and City shall have monthly labor and management meetings, or at other times by mutual consent. Said committee shall consist of three (3) members plus one alternating member designated by the Union and three (3) members designated by the City. Time off with pay, as required, shall be granted to employees designated as Committee members in attendance.
Labor and Management Committee. A. The Association and the District agree to the creation of a Labor and Management Committee.
Labor and Management Committee. The parties shall create a Labor and Management Committee composed of three (3) employees to be named by the Union and at least two (2) to be named by the University. This Committee shall meet and discuss any issues that affect the bargaining unit. The Union will notify the Office of Human Resources when the District Representative has been invited to be in attendance.

A sub-committee shall also be formed with a sole purpose to further define the existing Journey- man Training Program to establish requirements to be amended to the Collective Bargaining Agreement . The AGC contractors request that the sub-committee make continuing education a requirement for any in- dividual employee covered under this Collective Bar- gaining Agreement to be eligible to receive additional future base wage increases .
Labor and Management Committee. The Employer and the Union shall establish a Labor and Management Committee (LMC), which shall normally be comprised of an equal number of appointees from both the Employer and the Union. The function of the LMC shall be to discuss issues of mutual interest and/or concern for the purpose of establishing and maintain a harmonious working relationship between the employees, the Employer, and the Union. The LMC shall meet quarterly and more often, if necessary, and at times that are mutually acceptable and shall be run according to a mutually developed agenda. The LMC shall not have the power to change the provisions of the Labor Agreement between the parties, negotiate new agreements, or resolve grievances beyond what has been agreed to within this Labor Agreement.

Labor and Management Committee. The City and Union agree that the City Administration and the Union will establish a Labor and Management Committee to address issues which are not covered by the Sections 3500-3510 of the Government Code of the State of California, otherwise known as the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx-Xxxxx Act. Labor and Management Committee. The parties agree to form a joint Labor and Management Committee. Both sides can pick up to 3 members on the committee. The first Committee meeting will be held twice a year in October and in April. A time and place agreed to by both parties. W i th mu t u al ag re e me n t , e ither party can invite non-voting guests to attend to facilitate the business of the committee. District and employee issues that do not augment this agreement can be discussed by either party. The Chair will rotate between the Association and the board. Minutes will be made available to all employees.
Labor and Management Committee. 1. The Board and the Association desire to xxxxxx better day-to-day communications and to achieve and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship through the use of a continuing communications program to effectively maintain stable labor-management relations and avoid controversies.
