AGREEMENT CONTACT Clause Samples
The AGREEMENT CONTACT clause designates a specific individual or role as the primary point of communication for all matters related to the agreement. This clause typically identifies the contact's name, title, and contact information, ensuring that all notices, requests, or formal correspondence are directed to the appropriate person. By clearly establishing a central contact, the clause streamlines communication, reduces confusion, and helps prevent misdirected or overlooked messages, thereby supporting efficient contract administration.
