Common use of Agreement Extension Option Clause in Contracts

The City may at any time before this Agreement expires elect to extend this Agreement for up to 3 additional periods, each period not to exceed one year, under the same terms and conditions as this original Agreement, except as provided otherwise in this Agreement, by notice in writing to you.
